Join us to hear the journey of the Impact NH Fund (INHF), New Hampshire’s first impact/Angel fund targeting women entrepreneurs and investors from Co-Founder Pamela Diamantis. Hatched at one of NNE WIN’s first events in 2017, INHF was created with the goals of education and impact. Co-Founder Hollis McGuire will join to answer questions, and Investor, Anna Durham, and a partner, Betsy Segal, Director of Business & Community Finance at the NH Community Loan Fund will also share their experiences working with INHF. Come hear about the impact and lessons learned and join the discussion about the needs and opportunities for women investors and entrepreneurs in NH.

Pamela Diamantis
Pamela joined Curbstone Financial Management Corporation in 2006. Previously, she served as the regional president for U.S. Trust Company, N.A. in New Hampshire and is the former president of State Street Bank & Trust Company of NH. She started her career at Amoskeag Bank & Trust Company and left New Hampshire for Boston, Massachusetts, shortly after the closing of the bank in the early 1990s. She specializes in serving the total wealth management needs of high-net-worth individuals and not-for-profit organizations. She is committed to delivering client-focused, holistic solutions to the complex financial needs of investors. Pamela holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Southern New Hampshire University and attended the New York State Bankers Association Trust/Investment School and the New England School of Banking at Williams College. A native of Manchester, New Hampshire, Pamela believes in investing in her community. She is a dedicated volunteer and holds or has held board positions with the University System of New Hampshire, Catholic Medical Center, New Hampshire Business Finance Authority, Currier Museum of Art, Granite YMCA, Heritage United Way, and the Women’s Fund of NH.

Hollis McGuire
Hollis founded the Northeast Angels Investment Group in 2005 and was on the Board of Directors until 2017.  In 2017, she co-founded the Impact NH Fund, a NH focused fund with a mission to involve more women as active investors.  Through her work, she has received many awards: a 2006 Outstanding Women in Business Award, a 2009 NH Woman of Achievement Award, the 2010 SBDC Service Excellence Award, the 2015 NH State Star Award, and the 2018 Business Excellence Award for Business and Professional Services – Small Business.  Hollis is an MBA graduate from University of Connecticut and a Certified Public Accountant in New Hampshire. Hollis served NH SBDC clients from 2004 – 2019 as a Regional Director.  She retired at the end of 2019 and now serves as a Master Business Advisor. Her client companies have obtained over $150 million in funding and added well over 1000 jobs in their work with Hollis.


Elizabeth (“Betsy”) Segal
Betsy Segal joined the Community Loan Fund in 2012, bringing years of experience in credit administration, commercial lending, and financial management. As the Director  for the Business Finance, Community Services, and Multi Family Housing loan programs, Betsy works  collaboratively with customers, other lending partners, and team members to  connect borrowers  with the capital and expertise they need.

Prior to joining the Community Loan Fund, Betsy served as the Controller for the Jordan Institute in Concord, NH. Betsy also worked at Capital Regional Development Council in Concord, NH as its Senior Lender for its commercial lending/SBA 504 loan program and its Financial Manager.

Betsy received a  Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Iowa State University.  Betsy has served as the Board Treasurer of various non-profit organizations in the Concord, NH  area and is the current Board Treasurer of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central NH.  Betsy is also a graduate of the Leadership Greater Concord Program.

Betsy currently lives in Concord, New Hampshire with her husband Bobby, daughters Allison and Libby, and Pippa the wire fox terrier.


Anna Durham
Anna Durham is a c-suite operationally focused business leader with a 35-year track record of leading, scaling, growing and transforming businesses.  She has demonstrated expertise in business development, program management and operations. Throughout her career, she has led a wide variety of regulated businesses in the healthcare, financial services and industrial sectors.  She has crossed the functional aisle and has leadership experience in product development, manufacturing, finance, operations, human resources, acquisitions and divestitures.   She also brings deep corporate governance experience through her work as a management member and director on multiple corporate and not for profit boards and is qualified to serve as an audit committee financial expert.

As the principal of Lekker LLC., she advises founders and CEOs and provides interim executive services for companies experiencing rapid growth, change or transition.  She has recently served clients in the industrial materials, automotive and retail markets. During her over 30-year tenure with GE, she held domestic and global CEO, COO and GM roles including expat assignments in France and the Netherlands.

Anna started her career in finance at GE Trading Company and GE Capital (in France & US) before moving to general management roles at GE Healthcare where she helped start and grew a Europe/MEA equipment financing business to $100 million, launched a mobile CT and MRI rental business and grew it to $75 million, scaled the used medical equipment business from $40 to $200 million and led and de-risked the $400 million global x-ray tubes business. She returned to Europe as COO of GE’s global receivables business, COO of GE Capital France and then president (Dirigent) of GE Industrial Finance France.

Currently, Anna is a trustee of Phillips Academy and on the executive committees of eCoast Angels and the New Hampshire Women’s Investor Network. She previously served as director and executive committee member of Commonbond Communities and a director of The Women’s Center of Waukesha, WI.

Anna received her BA from the University of Virginia and MBA from Columbia Business School.  She is a graduate of the GE Financial Management Program, is Six Sigma Black Belt and Kaizen certified and speaks French.
